Dr. Daniela Llaque, DDS

Dr. Daniela Llaque is a Dentist with extensive experience and dedication to continuous education. She graduated from Santa María University School of Dentistry in Caracas, Venezuela, in 2013, where she was in the top 20% of her class. Dr. Llaque further honed her skills by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Marquette University in 2017, gaining valuable field experience at both the Marquette Advanced Care Clinic and the Marquette Dental Clinic South, specializing in pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Llaque served as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Prosthodontics Department at the University of Minnesota from 2019 to 2022. During her tenure, she also held the role of Assistant Director for the Restorative Expanded Functions course. Her teaching contributions spanned various preclinical courses, including Oral Anatomy, Preclinical Prosthodontics Techniques, and Clinical Occlusion.

In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Llaque has practical experience serving as a General Dentist in diverse clinical settings. She is proficient in the latest dental technologies and techniques, including the use of intraoral scanners, which ensures precise and efficient restorative care. Her training includes nitrous oxide, botulinum toxin application, Invisalign, and porcelain veneers, emphasizing her focus on cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Llaque’s commitment to excellence is evident in her comprehensive skill set and dedication to patient care.

Dr. Valmore Malskis, DDS

Dr. Valmore Malskis is a Dentist with a commitment to excellence in both clinical practice and education. He graduated in the top 10% of his class from Santa María University School of Dentistry in Caracas, Venezuela, in 2013. Since 2019, Dr. Malskis has continued to serve as Adjunct Faculty in the Prosthodontics Department at the University of Minnesota, where he teaches numerous preclinical courses, including Oral Anatomy, Preclinical Prosthodontics Techniques, and Clinical Occlusion. Dr. Malskis’ professional development includes training in digital dentures, Invisalign, and orthopedic dentistry through various continuing education courses.

Outside of his teaching career, Dr. Malskis has gained valuable experience in various dental practices across Minnesota and Wisconsin. As a dedicated Dentist, his passion lies in transforming the lives of his patients through improved oral health. While he enjoys teaching, his true fulfillment comes from caring for his patients and going the extra mile to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Dr. Malskis’ and Dr. Llaque’s comprehensive approach to dental care, combined with extensive academic and clinical expertise make them valued practitioners in the field of dentistry. Outside of their professional life, Dr. Llaque and Dr. Malskis enjoy spending quality time with their extended family. They enjoy their roles as parents to two young children, who are currently having a blast exploring activities like ballet and golf! Dr. Malskis is an avid golfer himself who loves to hit the greens, and he takes great pride in grilling up delicious meals for his family.
